I read it from an old book written by Dale Carnegie. If you liked reading about teenagers , you'll know. There are parts that I like in this book, about the power of praise.

if you can have whatever you want, anything in this world, what would you ask? if you are a girl like me. maybe you would answer, and did not take long time to answer...like new cool cars, more of beutifuk dress, or winning the lottery for something around the world, but whatever the reason we want all of it maybe only one. if I could have it all ... my wish of all is the feeling that I was meant for someone else. I just want to feel important.

everyone wants to feel important and appreciated. this is one important thing that  reason us in life. me or you maybe will never sing in front of the stadium was packed like a world famous singer, but for sure everyone wants to be appreciated, recognized, and attention. people want to feel important, almost as much as they want to eat and sleep. and if you are able to make others feel important, imagine their gratitude to you, if you can make them feel special when they become themselves.

so, how to make others feel like a star? maybe very simple. show that they are sincerely appreciated, honest compliment. praise will boost they are ego, was also  they are opinion about you.

all people you meet in your life definitely has benefits. if first you can't see it, look again. maybe you have never talked with people who read the same magazine with you in a bookstore. Speak! fastest way to convince people that you are intelligent, sensitive and notice by showing that you pay attention to what makes them special. and, you not only make him happy, you also win.

there is one simple fact: people usually love those who love them and more willing to help them. if you warn others about the wealth they hide within them that maybe hidden from others, or even themselves, then you will really see him change before your own eyes.

with admit the talents of others, with admit the beauty and strength, you can trigger them to achieve their full potential. and by living in a sincere and loyal to their own values, your grades, you will blossom into the person you most want.

I did after reading this or maybe you want to do:
Write answer on a piece of paper.
What's the best compliment you ever received? who praise you? whether they are praise convincing? why it sounded sincere compliment? praise is what makes you feel about yourself? About the people who praise it?

 You can't be someone else to be great person. you can only be great person by yourself and learn from other great people how they can do it.

I met someone who taught it to me. I called him Ken.

Ken still 5 th grade when I met him. firts i meet him, I knew he had something even though I still don't know what. Ken is a talented young man. he can do many things in sports and also a lesson. he came in teen magazines as a youth talent. Ken and his family lived in a small apartment. I know he's got an brother of genius like himself. but had died in an accident and i'm so sorry for him!

I'm looking to something. Ken good friend told me that Ken is losing a parent. his mother was depressed because of this. Ken's mother is very fond Ken's brother. they called him Ozamu. Ozamu very genius at computer and science. every time she talked  Ozamu to everyone. he told me, Ken is not like that. he's just ordinary boy. he likes to play and spend more time to play with his friends. and he did not have a good relationship with her brother.

Since the accident that Ken felt there was something that made him and encouraged him to do something. he did not know what. Ken started talking to me even though I know it's very difficult for him.

he told me that the main point is he should do something to make his family again like old times. make they come back smiling and proud. although his mother had never praised him for this. he did not know and don't remember how he did it. until he realizes can do many things. sports, mathematics, scientific activities, programmers, and others. he does not remember how to begin.  talk in teen magazine, was the topic, and his mother began to back and meet with people and talking about him. his mother brought snacks and drinks to his room every day, prepare the pudding when he came home from school and buy whatever he wants. Ken's parents have never felt so loved. you must be very happy,  right?! popularity and family who always love you.

I asked him, what has changed from your life after it?!

very much. I think it has to say to me. although don't want to admit it, he began to feel lonely. no friends and he don't want to talk with people who are thought unable to help him out of trouble. but, Ken has never admitted it. he stand strong despite everyone left. The most important thing is he could be like his brother and his mother would be happy.

I asked him are you sure that your mother glad you do all this? What you don't ever think that a mother would never let his son do what you do?!

Ken says that he ever saw his mother cry. but, he sure was not himself but for his brother. he never tried to ask his mother or even speak with his father. he never tried to talk to them. he never tried to say that he really wanted to do many things with his friends and he wants his parents to support everything he does. he never said he saturated and bored with the lives of others who try to his brother lived. he never said anything. then, how would he know?!!

Ken told me that he wanted to know if his brother felt the same with him. if his brother did not want to do this or questions, he never tried to ask his parents because he wanted his parents knew he was always fine. awsome boy!!!

Well ... I'm sure Ozamu would be fine with what he did. because he did it for himself. I'm sure of it. the point is Ken should talk. and can't just quiet and imagine the answer to all questions in your head. you must speak. that's all you can do. I think no reason you should quite. if you are able to speak to thousands of people out there, not a difficult to talk with your parents. I'm sure that's what they are waiting. their children began to speak.

I believe being yourself is a big thing that I can do. because many people who live in the shadow of others. obsessed to become like them. I've tried to be a someone. i saw him a great person. and I try to live their lives. all his lifesyle I have ever read, his favorite food and everything. for a moment I felt i can do. but, you can't do that throughout your life. I only do it 2 days and I feel very stupid. then I know that ... no matter how you try, life is always push you to become what you want. you just have to follow to take you into yourself and find the true life you should live. but, not everyone noticed.

you know, you can't become someone else or try to become champion by being someone else. you can only do it if you be yourself. find something within yourself. if you don't find it, you can learn from great people out there to be a great person. do with your way, you can't use other people to do things your lifetime. This life will be easy if you live with your ways. I think Ken know about that now!!

no one knows how you should live your life. that's why only you who can do it your way.

Moto2 and MotoGP season has ended. I did not realize that the season is over. very fast.

Lots of things happened this season. but, for me this season is very bad. too many bad things happen until I do not have time to breathing and other bad things happen.

sometimes I feel it is something very difficult. become a rider is definitely not an easy thing. if you realize that in seconds you can lose everything, it's hard to believe that they made a big decision to become a rider. So I really appreciate them all. it is a big decision.

you can feel how hard of the competition between them. you have to survive because no one will see you if you become number 2. one thing I learned when starting to like Motosport is no second place.

I met some people that I think is unwise in speaking. I tried to talk to them to share about Motosport. but, how they can say all the bad things about their not favorite rider?!!

in my opinion does not matter if we do not like the other riders. but, not a good thing if we say bad about them seuatu just because we do not like them. I'm sure we are not able to do what they do. better than what they do.

someone even told that there was no point in me supporting the Japanese rider because they are not talented ?!!!! This first time I met someone who could speak like that to people who you don't know before.

what I say to him?!! very simple. Don't say something you did not know well. time I spend to wishes for Japanese rider more than you can imagine.

I always appreciate all the riders. I tried to be wise in giving opinions about them rather than having to say bad.

for the 2010 season:

I want to thank Shoya Tomizawa. Thank you for wonderfull moment and a very wonderful time together. I'm sure you will always live in the hearts of all people who love you. all your friends will always be with you. I'm sure you live somewhere in this world that we could not see but we can feel. please stay with us. Tomizawa Shoya RIP!

I also want to thank Aoyama and Takahashi for one season with great moments. every race I wishes for you. I'm cheers and always keep my best wishes for Them. I love Yuki always say if Shoya with him every race. I never doubted them even though I know this season is not good for them. but, I'm sure next season they will return to work harder. so, congratulations to the  new team and bike next season. hope everything is much better.

and to all riders thanks to a wonderfull season. you make me a perfect weekend. see you next season!!!!!
